Hello, my name is Jane, and I work with the COPD and Pulmonary Rehab Team. I’m also the host of the local Breathe Easy Support Group.
If you’re living with a lung condition, this group could be a valuable resource for you. We share helpful information, provide practical advice for living well, and offer supportive connections that can even help reduce the risk of emergency hospital visits. A COPD nurse and a former Senior Respiratory Physiologist are usually present to answer any questions.
We meet on the third Friday of every month at St Peter’s Church, in the Parish Centre (located at the back), Green Lane, Hazel Grove, Stockport, SK7 4EA—just behind Asda.
Our sessions run from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member along for extra support. Tea, coffee, and biscuits are available for a small charge of £1.00.
